Manager of Operations, Customer Care

Locations: Appleton, WI

POSITION SUMMARY:

EDCi has an immediate opening for Manager of Operations, Customer Care. The Manager of Operations, Customer Care is responsible for leading internal and customer-facing facets of EDCi’s Customer Care offerings and will be responsible for meeting business needs with the long-term goals of managing internal/external customer satisfaction, managing service level agreements, and increasing team revenue and profits.
